Janet L. Jackson

Janet L. Jackson, 66, of Avon, passed away January 31, 2011. She was born July 17, 1944 to the late LeRoy and Virginia (Campbell) Disney in Greencastle, IN. She was a bookkeeper for the Waffle House offices for many years. She is survived by her husband, Harold H. Jackson; three daughters, Susan (David) Groover, Cindy (Denny) Bemis and Patricia (Mark) Madinger; three brothers, Joe, Danny and Billy Disney; two sisters, Jane Miller and Shirley Durham; and 7 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Friday, February 4, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday February 3. Burial, Clayton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
