Frank D. Bradford

Frank D. Bradford, 77, of Plainfield, passed away January 23, 2011. He was born March 16, 1933 to the late Paul and Helen (Long) Bradford in Indianapolis, IN. He was a US Navy veteran during the Korean War. Frank worked as a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local #20 for 40 years retiring in 1993. He was a member of the Plainfield Fraternal Order of Eagles #3207. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Sue (Mills) Bradford; four daughters, Rebecca Sue Nowlin, Cynthia Ann Scheib, Teresa Kay Opsal, and Shawn Marie (Chris) Seaman; a sister, Donna B. Augustin; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Wednesday, January 26, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call on Tuesday January 25 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial, Bridgeport Friends Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
