WhiteSong Eagle

WhiteSong Eagle, 59, of Plainfield, passed away December 13, 2010. She was born March 19, 1951 to the late Marion and Marjorie (Wolfe) Kirkpatrick in Huntington, IN. She was an adopted member of the Miami Indian Clan of Indiana, published author, and artist. Her two books are "AGLA On Dawning" and "Teluke: A Big Foot Account". She is survived by her son, Nathan Heald; a brother, Kyle (Margaret) Kirkpatrick; and two sisters, Gail (Paul) Daily, and April (Larry) Wing. A memorial celebration will be held at the Plainfield Recreation and Aquatic Center, 651 Vestal Road, Plainfield, on Saturday, January 22, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
