Walter S. "Bud" Wiseman Jr.

Walter S. "Bud" Wiseman Jr., 65, of Indianapolis, passed away December 31, 2010. He was born June 12, 1945 to the late Walter S. Sr, and Betty Ruth (White) Wiseman in Plainfield, IN. He was a 1963 graduate of Plainfield High School and a 1967 graduate of Indiana University.He co-owned Major Video Concepts in Indianapolis where he retired as President and CEO in 1995. He was past President of the National Association of Video Distributors and served on the Board of Directors at Lacy Diversified Industries. He is survived by his wife, Susan L. (Lucas) Wiseman; four sons, Lance (Amanda), Mark, Brian (Jennifer), and Adam Wiseman; a daughter, Leah (Brian) Magnett; three brothers, Robert and Richard Wiseman and Raymond Francis; a sister, Betty Jane Wiseman; and 9 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Wednesday January 5, 2011 in the Hampton-Gentry Funeral Home, Plainfield, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm Tuesday January 4 and on Wednesday from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Burial, Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
